Time Off
We work hard and take time off to recharge. We offer
full-time team members the ability to earn up to 15 days of paid time off each year. As a valued team member, you will also be able to take advantage of six paid holidays.

Accelerated period to receive benefits:
Whereas most employers require you to go through a 30-day trial to be eligible for employee benefits, at La Jolla LASIK Institute, most insurance plans to into effect on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
